I’ve spent my whole life surrounded by plants—first in my grandmother’s overgrown backyard in Ohio, then in the community gardens where I volunteered as a teen. There’s nothing quite like the quiet satisfaction of watching something grow from a tiny seed into something vibrant and alive. This site is my way of paying forward the lessons I’ve learned: the little tricks that make propagation easier, the plants that thrive in unexpected places, and the joy of turning even a tiny patch of dirt into a little slice of nature. I write here because I believe gardening should be approachable, rewarding, and full of small, everyday miracles.
